At TickerBuddy, we strive to provide the best AI-powered chart analysis experience. This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro Tier subscription at any time.

  • How to Cancel: Log in to your account, navigate to your Profile/Settings page, and click on "Cancel Subscription". Alternatively, you can contact our support team.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to Pro features and your remaining credits until that date.
  • No Automatic Renewal: Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Generally, subscription payments are non-refundable.

  • Partial Months: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to use the service due to a verified technical failure on our end that persists for more than 48 hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

One-Time Credit Purchases

Refunds for one-time credit packs are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Unused Credits: If you have not used any credits from a purchased pack and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund.
  • Used Credits: If any credits from the pack have been used, the purchase is non-refundable.
  • Delivery Failure: If you purchased credits but they were not added to your account due to a technical error, we will either manually add the credits or issue a full refund upon verification.

3. Timeline for Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, etc.).
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 days for the funds to appear in your account statements.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a dispute, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Order ID or Transaction Reference Number.
  • Reason for the refund request.
